I would like to welcome you all to the Insurance Institute of Royal Tunbridge Wells. I have been elected as the President for the 2010/2011 period and look forward to seeing many familiar and new faces over the course of my term.
As a local institute we can provide many beneficial services and support to our members and local insurance businesses, whether they work locally, live locally or both! Our program of lunchtime lectures and social events are a key way to get to know us and other professionals in the industry, as well as contributing to CPD.
This year I would like to focus on encouraging the younger members of the insurance industry who live or work in Tunbridge Wells to get in touch and get more involved with the institute and what it has to offer. From networking, mentoring, skill building to just having fun, what we have to offer is a great help to starting a career in the insurance industry.
Coupled with this I would like to see the continued support of existing insurance businesses in the Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge and Sevenoaks area's along with new commitments from businesses who would like to benefit from the services we can offer there staff.
